Senior Backend Engineer (Go)
Build and scale our core API services powering dental practice management across India.
Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL, Prisma
What you'll do
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs in Go
- Own core modules: auth, billing, appointments, patient records, notifications
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries, indexing, and partitioning for millions of records
- Build real-time features with Redis pub/sub and streams
- Write comprehensive tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and review code
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- 3+ years with Go (Golang) in production
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (indexing, partitioning, query optimization)
- Experience with Redis (caching, pub/sub, rate limiting)
- Understanding of microservices and modular monolith architecture
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Server or gqlgen)
- Familiarity with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) integration
- Experience with GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage)
- Knowledge of dental/healthcare domain
