Dental Research Fellow
Lead clinical research initiatives at the intersection of dentistry and technology — evaluating AI-assisted diagnostic tools, clinical workflow optimization, and digital health standards (ABDM) for the Indian dental ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Design and conduct clinical studies evaluating AI-assisted diagnostic tools (perio, radiology, imaging)
- Develop and validate clinical workflows for digital dental practices
- Research ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) integration standards for dental records
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed dental journals and present at conferences
- Collaborate with engineering on DICOM imaging, ICD-10 coding, and clinical data models
- Create evidence-based clinical guidelines for AI-assisted dental decision support
- Evaluate Neurax AI conversation quality against clinical best practices
- Partner with dental colleges and institutes for multi-site research studies
What we're looking for
- BDS or equivalent dental qualification (MDS preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical dental practice experience
- Experience with dental research methodology and study design
- Understanding of digital dentistry (intraoral scanning, CBCT, DICOM)
- Knowledge of Indian healthcare regulations and ABDM framework
- Strong scientific writing and publication track record
Nice to have
- PhD in Dental Sciences or Public Health
- Experience with AI/ML in healthcare (diagnostic imaging, NLP)
- Familiarity with HL7 FHIR and health data interoperability standards
- Experience with clinical trials and IRB/ethics committee processes
- Membership in Indian Dental Association (IDA) or international dental research societies
